Cleansing Moringa Cookies

1 Mins read

It is really difficult most times to get those healthy herbs in. Let’s face it, they taste horrible and who really want to drink Moringa Smoothie at 6am in the morning? ‘Yulk’!!! Truth is, unless one has been diagnosed with some life threatening condition, there is really no incentive to have any herb in the morning. I’ll just have oats. Thank You!!.

This is my subtle attempt to make you add one herb – Moringa to your diet. Moringa has been in the wellness culture for sometime now and it’s one of those superfoods that have come to stay. Moringa, in powder form or leaf, contains many healthy compounds such as Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B-6 and C and supplements such as Folate, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus.

I am really desperate to put these herbs in my diet, such that they taste good. The best way to have this is as a tea. I tried the Moringa Smoothie (not a fan), and I am still working on making that taste good. For now, I got away with these delicious cookies.
