🍜 Ingredients

  • 1 Large Red Onion
  • 2 Medium Scotch Bonets
  • 0.3 kg Fresh Dill Leaves
  • 0.3 kg Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 0.3 kg Fresh Parsley Leaves
  • 0.3 kg Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 4 Large Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds

🍰 Instructions

  • Slice and Chop all the ingredients. Do not worry how big or small you chop them.
  • Spread them on your dehydrating trays.
  • Dehydrate for 6 – 12 hours. If you are using and oven and a baking tray, you need to be at 120C for 3-6 hours. When you run your fingers through them, they should easily crumble.
  • Put the dehydrated ingredients in a spice blender and blend until smooth.
