- 1 Large Red Onion
- 2 Medium Scotch Bonets
- 0.3 kg Fresh Dill Leaves
- 0.3 kg Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 0.3 kg Fresh Parsley Leaves

- 4 Large Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Slice and Chop all the ingredients. Do not worry how big or small you chop them.
- Spread them on your dehydrating trays.
- Dehydrate for 6 – 12 hours. If you are using and oven and a baking tray, you need to be at 120C for 3-6 hours. When you run your fingers through them, they should easily crumble.
