Moringa Pancake Recipe
- 1 Non-stick Skillet Pan
- 2 Mixing Bowls
- Baking Spray or extra butter
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 100 ml Melted Butter
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Large Eggs
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Aduna Moringa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs for 2 mins
- Add the milk, melted butter and honey and mix properly.
- In another bowl, Mix the flour, Moringa Powder, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg until properly combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix properly. You should have a slightly thick batter.
- Spray or butter the skillet pan and Heat it up on very low heat.
- Take a large tablespoon of the batter onto the pan.
- Cook on one side on very low heat. Wait until you see bubbles on the top.
- Flip the pancake on the other side and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Repeat for 5 tablespoons of the batter.
- Top with Honey and Fruit.
