Good Morning Berry Baked Oats

45 Mins Cook

Overnight Oats, Bakes Oats or regular oats? Oats are versatile and its lovely!!! However, when it comes to those lazy days, I’ll take anything quick and easy. If you are stuck with a lot of summer berries and not really sure what to do with them, bake this dish and thank me in the comments below.

I know that oats are sometimes overhyped but they are also very flexible. You can make literally anything with them, Sweet and Savoury, Baked and Boiled. Even the oats vegetable soup for weight loss was a thing once.

The addition of cacoa powder to this recipe was to add a flavour to the oats. This powder can be replaced with any other flavoured fruit powder like Matcha, Moringa, Spirulina etc.

This recipe is best baked, but only slightly. I bake at a low temperature for just about 30 minutes. So the strawberries are just soft and juicy and blends perfectly well with that chocolate flavour from the oats. I sweetened this with honey, but agave or sugar would do just fine as well.
